Use of the 966pk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of Account activity:
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account access with any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or access any other Player's Account.
966pk will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 966pk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 966pk support immediately.
You must notify 966pk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 966pk accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have failed to promptly notify us of a breach.
966pk reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account at any time where:
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 966pk live support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance after settlement of open wagers will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
All 966pk Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account in real time following payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other supported banks are credited upon clearing, typically within the same business day. 966pk does not charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not withdraw funds from their Account. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
Withdrawal Method Matching: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account held in the Player's own name. 966pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Pending Wager Policy: Withdrawals will not be processed while open wagers remain unsettled. Players must wait for all active bets and game rounds to complete before a withdrawal request can be approved.
All wagers placed on 966pk — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or crash games — are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. Product-specific rules are made available within the relevant game interface or sports betting section.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits vary by game type, table, and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a wager. 966pk reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
Void Bets: A wager may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a technical error results in the bet being accepted at an incorrect price; or the relevant game or market is suspended or withdrawn prior to result determination. 966pk's decision on void bet determinations is final.
Disconnection Policy: Where a player's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, 966pk's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Game outcomes are determined server-side and are not affected by client-side connectivity issues. Players accept that game results will stand as recorded by 966pk's servers.
Error Resolution: In the event of a software or system error that results in a game being played under incorrect conditions or a wager being settled at an incorrect amount, 966pk reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to the Player's Account. 966pk is under no obligation to honour winnings arising from a demonstrable software malfunction.
966pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those specific terms apply in addition to and, in the case of conflict, in priority over these general bonus terms.
Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Bonus Validity: All bonuses have a specified validity period during which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion expressly permits otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the wagering requirement calculation — players are advised to check current bonus status before making additional deposits.
Bonus Abuse: 966pk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; or collusion between Players to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
966pk's Discretion: 966pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The award of a bonus to one Player does not create an obligation to award the same or equivalent bonus to any other Player.
All content on the 966pk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, design elements, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of 966pk or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 966pk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:
Any unauthorised use of 966pk intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. 966pk actively monitors for IP infringement and will pursue appropriate remedies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 966pk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the consequences outlined below:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 966pk may take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion: immediate Account suspension; permanent Account termination; forfeiture of all Account funds; recovery of funds already withdrawn in connection with the prohibited activity; and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
966pk collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on 966pk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
966pk processes Player data for the following primary purposes: Account management and verification; KYC and AML compliance; fraud prevention and security monitoring; personalisation of the gaming experience; and fulfilment of legal and regulatory reporting obligations.
966pk does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary for platform operation (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers) and only under contractual data protection obligations.
Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by 966pk, subject to legal retention obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 966pk's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:
No Indirect Liability: 966pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where 966pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Technical Failures: 966pk shall not be liable for losses arising from: interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or external circumstances beyond 966pk's reasonable control; errors in third-party game software; or telecommunications failures affecting connectivity to the platform.
Maximum Aggregate Liability: Where 966pk is found liable to a Player under any cause of action arising from these Terms & Conditions, 966pk's maximum aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player into their 966pk Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure: 966pk shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, network failures, or widespread cyber incidents.
966pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they affect Player rights, financial terms, or gaming rules in a significant way — 966pk will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice to Players via email to the registered Account address and via a prominent notice on the platform.
Non-material amendments, including clarifications, typographical corrections, and administrative updates, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the 966pk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 966pk holds its operating authorisation.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and 966pk in connection with these Terms & Conditions or any transaction conducted on the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 966pk's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted via the 966pk live support channel or by email to [email protected]. 966pk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Escalation: Where a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under the applicable gaming regulatory framework. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
